PAYMENT METHODS

1) By cash on delivery

The payment amount is paid to the Courier employee at the time of delivery of the parcel.

Cash on delivery is Free. For orders over € 200, Free Shipping & COD.

BICYCLES and heavy or very bulky items are excluded from the cash on delivery method which are sent with a transport company.

2) By bank deposit or transfer via Web Banking

By selecting the “bank deposit” payment method, your order is put on hold until you make the deposit. Our accounts are as follows:

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day. For your best service, the deposit must be made within 2-5 days from the date of your order, also after (1) week it will be considered canceled and will be released for sale.

3) By debit or credit card (temporarily unavailable)

Payment is made through the Key2Pay service in a secure environment of the national bank. Key2Pay service supports any credit (credit), debit (prepaid) or prepaid card (prepaid) of international schemes VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. 4) Payment in our store

Your order is received free of charge from our store as long as you have been informed first by us about the immediate availability of your products and your order will never be ready. You can pay in all ways, such as cash, debit card, credit, etc.

Important: If you wish to issue an invoice, please indicate it during the completion of the order, in the comments / remarks. The following elements are additionally necessary:

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipments of goods, depending on their volume, weight and place of destination, are performed either by a courier company or by transport companies.

1) Via courier

Only for packages weighing or volumetric weight up to 4kg, not bicycles.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day if the product is available. In case it is not ready to be delivered, the product is sent in 3 to 6 working days.

For orders worth up to € 200 and weighing up to 4 kg, the shipping costs are:

For mainland Greece cost: 6.95 €

For island Greece cost: 7.95 €

in case of more kilos, you will be informed about the transport by phone.

If the value of the order is from € 200.00 and over and weight or volumetric weight up to 4 kg, shipping and cash on delivery are free.

In case of more kilos, you will be informed about the transport by phone.

The shipment of your products may be delayed or canceled due to force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions, transport load, etc.). In such a case, the online store www.bikeforlife.gr does not bear any responsibility and will contact you, immediately, for further consultation.

2) Transport company *

For products of larger volume and weight such as bicycles, child seats, training centers, etc. Your order will be shipped within 2-5 working days.

For Athens the shipping cost is FREE for orders worth more than € 100. (For a smaller amount of exact cost you will see it in the cart)

The cost of transport for orders in the rest of Greece is borne by the recipient (consultation with us and by phone) and the costing as well as the payment of fares, is done by the transport company upon receipt.

* Transport companies do not deliver at home so you will need to pick up your order from their branch in your area, upon their own notice.
