ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED THROUGHOUT GREECE?
Yes, our products are sent to all of mainland and island Greece. Keep in mind, however, that in inaccessible areas, there may be additional delays in collection and you may need to move to the nearest distribution center of the company.
HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay in the following ways: Cash on delivery: Buy the product you want and pay upon receipt at the courier. BICYCLES and heavy or very bulky items are excluded from the method of cash on delivery. Deposit in our bank account:
You can pay for your order in one of the accounts that will appear at the end of your order. During the process of your purchase from our online store after selecting the payment method with "Deposit in a bank account". You must send us by e-mail podilatocosmos@gmail.com the receipt of your deposit or inform us by phone. Once the payment of your order is confirmed, we will proceed with the shipment of the product.

IN WHICH CASES CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?

Product returns are only made if the product you received is defective, wrong on our part or different from the product you saw. Return time is set at 10 days from the date of receipt and if you have already informed our company within 2 working days from the date of receipt. In case of damage during transport or during installation / assembly by you, our company does not bear any responsibility

IS IT SAFE TO COMPLETE MY PERSONAL DETAILS IN YOUR E-SHOP?

In order to start any transaction, or to register on our page, it is necessary for you to enter some personal data, which are mainly used for security reasons.
The information required to be disclosed is the following:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
The data you provide in our online store www.bikeforlife.gr in no case are disclosed to third parties and are not used for other purposes, apart from the completion of your purchases you want and the measurement of traffic, unless this is imposed by a Public Authority.

 

YOU MADE A MISTAKE IN THE ORDER YOU SENT ME, WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS CASE?

A PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE, WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS CASE?

Please contact podilatocosmos@gmail.com with a detailed description and - if possible - a photo of the defective product, to make sure it is defective and not misused.
The cost of the return is borne by our company, if it is sent by the transport or courier which we will indicate to you.
Returns of all or part of the order are accepted within 10 working days and ONLY if the packaging of the products has not been altered and there is proof of purchase

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order via e-mail: podilatocosmos@gmail.com and up to 2 hours after sending it. Basic condition, to inform us immediately and by phone, to avoid any mistake. (such as: failure to receive your cancellation e-mail.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT, CAN I NOT REPLACE IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK?

Refunds are not made, except of course in extremely special cases, where contact with us will precede.
If your request is approved, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the shipping, receipt-return of the product.

IF I ORDER A BICYCLE WILL I BE ABLE TO ASSEMBLY IT MYSELF?

The bicycles are delivered in parts mounted and adjusted and (partially) packaged. Assembly requires some basic technical knowledge. In case you want your bike to be delivered to you, fully assembled and adjusted, please write it in the notes of your order. In this case, there may be a small additional cost, for which you will be informed by phone.

CAN I PICK UP MY PRODUCTS FROM YOUR LOCAL STORE?

Yes you can. Keep in mind that some products in the e-shop are not immediately available in the physical store, but we bring them only after your order. That's why even for collection from the store we ask you to place an online order. In this case you will be notified when the products will be available, so you can go ahead and pick them up. We also inform you that the e-shop prices are valid only for online orders.
